Day-1 : Kochi - Munnar  (13-OCT-2022 )

arrive at Designated reporting place, proceed to Munnar. Arrive at Munnar in the evening.

Day-2 : Munnar

Enjoy speed boat ride at Mattupetty Dam. View Tea Garden, visit Echo Point and the Eravikulam (Rajamalai) National Park.

Day-3 : Munnar - Periyar (Thekkady)

Proceed to Periyar. On arrival free time for shopping at Kumily Spice Village.

Day-4 : Periyar - Alleppey

Visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary by boat in Periyar Lake. Visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary by boat in Periyar Lake (Subject to Operation). Proceed to Alleppey. Arrive in Alleppey. On arrival enjoy the famous Kerala Backwaters ride.

Day-4 : Alleppey - Kochi

Proceed to Kochi. Arrive at Kochi. On arrival proceed to local sightseeing of Kochi., Take a photo stop at St. Francis Church, Visit to Jewish Synagogue and Dutch Palace (Subject to operation). Take a Harbour Cruise Ride to see the Chinese Fishing Nets. Free for shopping or relaxation. In the evening enjoy live Kathakali dance performance.

Day-6 : Departure from Kochi  (18-OCT-2022 )

Board the flight /Train to your hometown. Tour Concludes.

Munnar is not just Kerala’s most sought after hill resort, it is also the centre of the  state’s tea growing district, aptly known as the High Range.  Munnar is in a valley hemmed in by hills.  Many of its attractions are to be found on its  outskirts, within a radius of 30 km from the  town. All these places are part of the  Munnar experience, and are linked to it by  local bus, taxis and autos along a network of  excellent roads.  over the years, though it is quite serene and idyllic compared to many other much trodden hill stations in India. Tourism development is also having a negative impact on the local plantation based economy. One suggestion that emerges is that to the extent possible, tourism development may be encouraged in places where the plantation or other form of local economy is on the downslide due to extraneous reasons

Thekkady (Periyar)  located in the Idukki district of the state of Kerala, is the place where the Periyar National Park is located. Thekkady lies very close to Kumily, which lies on the border of Tamil  Nadu and Kerala.  Apart from being an ecotourism destination, Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary or Thekkady as it is oftencalled, also attracts a lot of pilgrims every year who come here to visit the Sabarimala Temple here.  The Periyar Wildlife sanctuary, which dates back to 1950, is largely a protected piece of land with tourist activity restricted to the northern end of the park. It has been done so to protect the flora and fauna of the region.
